Several State Attorneys’ General (AG) recently issued statements warning consumers about unsubstantiated claims relative to over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids. The statements issued from Georgia and Ohio specifically reference audiology; however, the others do not.
If your state is not listed below, please reach out to your State AG’s Office and encourage them to weigh in. Please recommend that they include and emphasize the critical role of the audiologist!
